The other day as I was running the “pothole slalom” in Wethersfield (“Serpentine, Shelly! Serpentine!”) when I came upon this pickup truck parked in an office complex parking lot. I quickly snapped a picture (hence, its blurriness).
I always take radio and TV talk show hosts—on both sides of the political aisle—with a grain of salt. Rachel Maddow, Ed Shultz, Dylan Ratigan, et al, on the left and Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and Steve Malzberg on the right. They are mostly an act to gain viewers. But former KC101-FM (New Haven) morning guy Glenn Beck is so far around the bend, he’s back again. Spewing absolute nonsense with constant comparisons to Nazis and Hitler sprinkled in for any perceived position he doesn’t agree with, Beck is the worst of the worst. For me, he might as well be scraping his finger nails down those dopey chalk boards he uses (yes, I’ve seen the show a few times in a failed attempt to understand him).
